Shielding high-voltage lines can reduce the impact of EMI (electromagnetic interference) and RFIC Radio jamming on the whole vehicle system.
The entire high-voltage wiring harness circuit is connected through shielding. The shielding layer of the high-voltage wiring harness at the interfaces of the motor, controller, and battery is connected to the battery motor controller housing through compression structures such as plugins, and then grounded to the vehicle body.
The shielding of high-voltage lines is not necessary for conducting data in cables, but it can reduce or avoid the radiation of high-voltage lines.
